Made up of 10 interactive levels, this frenetic activity is packed with questions, challenges and loads of fun! But here’s the catch, each passing level becomes more and more complex and the higher the level, the higher the points! Does your team have what it takes to Level Up, in this Socially Distanced activity? The aim of the game is simple … Score as many points as possible before you run out of time!

Level Up is the ideal activity for Venues away from the typical City centres (it can literally be run at ANY venue); it has all of the fun and variety of a GPS Treasure Hunt, but rather than being reliant on GPS Hotspots it is focused around finding Scavenger Items, capturing hilarious Video and Photo content and getting out into the Outdoors.

Working together, you’ll be tasked with completing a variety of tasks across five different categories; Creative, Cerebral, Observation, Physical and PotLuck. There’s something for everyone in this energetic challenge and your entire team is guaranteed to have a ball whilst racing against the ticking clock!

We’ve developed some very clever technology to make sure this activity is social distance compliant putting guests at ease to have fun is a safe and secure environment. The winning team will be the one with the most points at the end of the activity.

How Does it Work?

The event kicks-off with a comprehensive introduction and welcome from one of our remote Event Hosts via Web Conference Link (usually Zoom – but we can use alternatives if required) – we outline what guests can expect from the activity and how to leverage maximum points through creativity and team strategy all delivered through our App on your own device.

Once each team has chosen their Team Captain, it’s a race against the clock 

to complete as many levels as they can, each becoming more and more complex as the game goes on! As they complete the tasks and categories in each level, they’ll be awarded points but don’t forget, the higher the level, the higher the points!  

With 10 levels of fun, engaging challenges, our Level Up activity will keep teams on their toes throughout, with photo and video tasks to get everyone involved with and plenty of opportunities to put team strategy to the test! 

The activity culminates in a presentation of funny photos and best attempts from rival teams to score points – it is guaranteed to leave guests feeling uplifted and their morale boosted.

Itinerary

This activity lasts up to 90 minutes

  • Introduction to the activity by your remote host (15 minutes)
  • Group split into smaller teams of 6-8 participants
  • Out and about (or Indoors) – completing challenges (60 mins)
  • Wrap up and winners announced as one large group (15 minutes)

Where does the briefing take place?

This set-up fee covers all project management and pre-event coordination including publishing the game and sharing comprehensive joining instructions.

Yes, there is an economy of scale.

We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.

We will always try and accommodate a date change, but within 7 days of your event there is a charge to cover each member of our cancelled team.

Simply check the availability calendar to see when we have spaces. We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts - so only rarely are we sold out.

Whilst Zoom is our preferred platform, we can of course join whichever Platform you’d like us to. We have run it for Monster Energy on MS Teams and for Apple using WebEx for example.

You will require a Smart phone or tablet to support our App.

Each guest will simply require a Smart phone or tablet and a webcam enabled computer. We recommend using a webcam but you can take part without it.

We’ve run this activity for 800 people at once - there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 4 people.

We recommend 4-6 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

The booking can be at whatever time or date you like - the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can nearly always accommodate you.

Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
