Musical Bingo Overview
It’s just like regular bingo, but instead of shouting out numbers we play songs!
Each round takes on a different genre of song choices; these could be based on either a decade, theme or just a random quirky topic, for example Movie Theme Tunes or Disney songs!
Guests are each given a unique online digital bingo card that they virtually mark and score as they think they’ve heard the track or artist – if they think they’ve populated the whole card and have a “full house” – they call, Bingo! This is a true test of music knowledge and will have you on the edge of your seat.
How does it work
Our remote Event Host will welcome you into your virtual meeting. They will lead the 60 minute session, taking charge of the music and also adjudicating.
Before your event we will send you joining instructions in order to join the Web Call, and when it comes to playing one of the rounds our Host will get guests to open up that round and the web page – which will pop up with your card on it. You change the card if you don’t like it – simple!
The presenter will then play the tracks, you mark off the songs as you hear them by clicking on the song on your screen. When you have a line of songs, you shout ‘Bingo’. The presenter will stop the tracks and check the unique code on your card to double check.

Hybrid & Live – Covid safe solutions
This activity can be delivered as a hybrid (delegates in the office and some at home) and live activity (everyone in the same place together.
We run them in exactly the same way as we do the virtual version.
- Everyone still uses their devices
- Guests can join from the Zoom call from any location/ office.
- Our Event Host will join via a live zoom/video call. Meaning that we can run this event without any outside contact.

Who hosts the activity?
Our charismatic Event Host will lead the event, and talk guests through whats coming next.
What device do we need for the activity?
A Laptop or Desktop computer is optimum, so you can have two tabs open.
What kind of music is it?
We have a wide variety of genres to appeal to all tastes; mix tapes from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 00’s. We also have Movie Soundtracks, and Modern Mix Tapes too.
Is this suitable for International groups?
Yes - the playlists are carefully choreographed to be recognisable for international groups.
How do you win?
Its all about identifying the Artists and the Songs and ticking them off on your digital bingo card. If you get a full house, shout BINGO! Our software will quickly identify if this is the case.
Can we choose the Music?
Within reason, yes! We have a good back catalogue of playlists, just let us know what you want more or less of in advance of the event.
Is it cheaper if we have more people?
Yes, there is an economy of scale.
Can this activity be run as a Hybrid or Live Event?
Yes, we can run the activity as a virtual, hybrid or live activity
How do I pay?
We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.
What are the cancellation terms?
We will always try and accommodate a date change, but within 7 days of your event there is a charge to cover each member of our cancelled team.
What availability do you have?
Simply check the availability calendar to see when we have spaces. We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts - so only rarely are we sold out.
Do we have to use Zoom?
Whilst Zoom is our preferred platform, we can of course join whichever Platform you’d like us to. We have run it for Monster Energy on MS Teams and for Apple using WebEx for example
Can I play the game on my laptop instead of Smart device?
You will require a Smart phone or tablet to support our App.
What equipment do we need?
Each guest will simply require a Smart phone or tablet and a webcam enabled computer. We recommend using a webcam but you can take part without it.
How many people can participate?
We’ve run this activity for 800 people at once - there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 4 people.
How many people in each team?
We recommend 4-6 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

When can my event take place?
The booking can be at whatever time or date you like - the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can always accommodate you.
What happens if my group numbers change?
Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
