Virtual Cocktail Making Overview

Our master mixologists will teach you how to mix it, shake it, crush it and drink it! With a medley of Masterclasses available – depending on your taste, this activity makes the perfect centrepiece to any evening and will have you and your colleagues in fits of laughter – all from the safety of your own home.

Before your event we will send to each guest a fully loaded hamper full of high quality ingredients, branded bottled miniatures, garnishes and a Boston cocktail shaker – they’ll just need to provide the glassware and the ice. Each box contains enough to make three cocktails over the course of the one hour session.

Your event will be hosted by one of our charismatic mixologists from our very own themed bar. They will guide you through how to make them and offer any hints and tips you may need. This is 

How Does it Work?

On securing our services, and deciding on whether you’d like our Gin, Martini, Rum, Virgin, Classics or Modern Classics masterclass – we’ll ask you to share with us a spreadsheet of delivery addresses of each guest taking part. (‘We’re extremely careful with personal data – and only ever use these addresses for the postage aspect). 

We dispatch the hampers from either our fulfilment centre within the European Union or within the UK depending on the destinations to keep International postage costs to a minimum and ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery within the UK is included in the price as standard.

Hosted via video conference and lead by one of our charismatic mixologists , you and your team will join the session and have the opportunity to make three high quality cocktails from a whole plethora of different ingredients within the hamper you will have received; we generally introduce the cocktail and provide some history or interesting trivia on the Spirit before providing the tuition.


This activity lasts around 60 minutes

  • Cocktail 2 – History and tuition (15 mins)
  • Cocktail 3 – History and tuition (15 mins)
  • Summary / Wrap up and close (5 mins)

What do we provide

  • All equipment and ingredients sent in a Hamper
  • We provide the Zoom video platform, but we can run it on your preferred platform also
  • A live Cocktail Mixologist who introduces and leads the activity

Hybrid & Live – Covid safe solutions

This activity can be delivered as a hybrid (delegates in the office and some at home) and live activity (everyone in the same place together.

We run them in exactly the same way as we do the virtual version.

  • Our Mixologist will join via a live zoom/video call. Meaning that we can run this event without any outside contact.

Do you send Cocktail Hampers internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. International postage supplements apply. Please note, there are a few countries which forbid alcohol being sent to them, in which case we recommend the Virgin hamper for those locations.

Yes, as standard, postage within UK is included in the price (unless Express shipping is required for last minute bookings).

Each hamper is loaded with a wide variety of bottled miniatures, mixers, garnishes, dehydrated delicacies and a Boston Shaker. All of our ingredients are branded - and have complete traceability.

Over the 60 minute session, you will make 3 delicious cocktails each.

Our Master Mixologist will provide history and expert knowledge on each drink before providing tuition on how to shake, mix, muddle and drink your creations.

We currently have 6 Masterclasses available, Gin, Rum, Martini, Classics, Modern Classics and Virgin Mocktails.

Just ice and glassware! The hamper includes everything else, including a Boston Shaker.

At least 14 days - ideally more, to guarantee delivery of hampers well in advance.

We have fantastic Virgin Hampers, which are fully loaded - but not alcoholic.

We request that emails and phone numbers are provided so guests can manage their deliveries directly with the courier.

We only require guests addresses for the purpose of shipping, we do not share and do not store personal information.

This set-up fee covers all project management and pre-event coordination including publishing the game and sharing comprehensive joining instructions.

Yes, there is an economy of scale.

Yes, we can run the activity as a virtual, hybrid or live activity

We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.

We will always try and accommodate a date change, but within 7 days of your event there is a charge to cover each member of our cancelled team.

Simply check the availability calendar to see when we have spaces. We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts - so only rarely are we sold out.

Whilst Zoom is our preferred platform, we can of course join whichever Platform you’d like us to. We have run it for Monster Energy on MS Teams and for Apple using WebEx for example

You will require a Smart phone or tablet to support our App.

Each guest will simply require a Smart phone or tablet and a webcam enabled computer. We recommend using a webcam but you can take part without it.

We’ve run this activity for 800 people at once - there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 4 people.

We recommend 4-6 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

The booking can be at whatever time or date you like - the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can always accommodate you.

Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
