Factor X Facts
It’s Time To Face The Music – Get Creative with our Factor X Team Building Event
This team building activity is for the musical and extrovert amongst you. Factor X is the perfect platform to shine, and impress the judges!
Spend the afternoon with our X Factor choreographer (yes they have coached on the real contestants) perfecting your routines, creating your outfits and practicing your riffs. Once you’ve mastered the routine – head to the stage and perform in front of our very own music moguls. Who will be crowned the X Factor Champions?
The group will be welcomed by our very own ‘Dermott’. Each team will then be taught a number of different dance moves at the start by the choreographer, this acts as an energiser and gets everyone in the spirit of this team building event.
Each team is then given their own prop box along with their own ghetto blaster containing pre chosen tracks. It’s then practice, practice, practice until the live finale at the end of the team building event.
One of our most popular evening team building events, Factor X is a highly interactive and entertaining team building event where you can let your barriers down, gain confidence and embrace new ideas with colleagues in a fresh environment.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY
Just like we’ve seen on the TV show every Saturday night, teams must work together to create a short but slick dance routine to perform in front of our judges and avoid being voted off. Despite having the real X Factor Choreographer at your disposal, and Dermott’s “brother from another mother” – this team building activity doesn’t take itself too seriously at all and is big on laughs and camaraderie. Our Event staff are on hand throughout to encourage teams and provide support where needed.
- Fun entertainment
- Ghetto Blaster and Props
- Professional Choreographer
- As seen on TV
- Something very different!
